​Welcome to my doula services! As a proud mother of four who raised my children right here in Del Rio, I understand the joys and challenges of pregnancy and childbirth. With my experience as a licensed nurse and my certifications from "toLabor" and the "International Doula Institute", I’m dedicated to providing personal support to each family. I love helping couples navigate their birthing choices, ensuring that they are empowered and confident in making the best decisions for their unique journey.

I have a particular passion for all the stages of the miracle of pregnancy and birth. I love to teach couples how to have a safe and natural delivery, helping them to work with their provider in making the best decisions possible for their individual needs. I had two natural births and two with epidurals and support where ever your birthing journey takes you. I educate my clients and support them in making their own decisions. I am my client's biggest cheerleader!
